Users of the services provided by ReShop declare that they have read and agree to the general terms and conditions.

The products appearing on this website are sold direct to the public by ReShop through its permanent catalogue and through the promotion of products that are available in limited quantities and/or for a limited time.
Re S.p.A. is free to update, add to or change these general terms and conditions of sale, with effect for sales concluded after publication on the website. The publication on the website of changes to the terms and conditions constitutes notification to Customers, whether or not they are registered.
Registration
In order to be able to use the services of ReShop, Users must register with the website, and truthfully and completely provide all the data requested in the registration form and fully agree to the privacy policy and these general terms and conditions.
The Customer declares that only persons with the authority to bindingly represent the Customer will complete the registration form and make subsequent purchases. The Customer undertakes not to pass on their personal identification code and password to third parties and to store them with the utmost care and diligence. The Customer also ensures that they will be the only person responsible for the safekeeping and use of the code and password. The Customer therefore agrees that they are liable for all orders sent to Re S.p.A. using the Customer identification code and password assigned to them, as well as for invoices issued with the data they have entered.
There is no charge for registering with the website.
Purchasing procedure and products
Every order sent is a request to purchase products published on the website.
Orders are subject to availability and the discretion of ReShop, which reserves the right not to confirm an order, particularly if one or more of the products purchased is unavailable. If this occurs, the Company will refund the cost and any delivery fees the User has already paid.
The availability of a product is only indicated for reference purposes. If several users are ordering the same product at the same time, it may become unavailable during the order process.
Images of products, services or promotions are for illustration purposes only, therefore may not fully represent actual characteristics and quality. Photographs of products may show different years from those actually sold. Only the year displayed in the product name and sheet is relevant to the product purchased.

- Send your order
- Proceed to payment
- You will receive confirmation of your order
The sales agreement between the Customer and Re S.p.A. will become effective on completion of the order procedure. Re S.p.A. reserves the right not to complete the Customer’s order if checks performed after receipt of the order bring to light any payment delays or other breaches on the part of the Customer relating to previous orders. Re S.p.A. will notify the Customer by email that the order will be suspended until the Customer has settled outstanding debts.
The order form will be kept in the Re S.p.A. database for the period of time necessary to process the order.
Prices
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices displayed on the website are in euros and do not include VAT and may be subject to periodic changes without notice.
VAT is automatically calculated and displayed in the order summary at checkout.
Payment methods
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express via the Stripe certified platform.
Credit card payment security
Re S.p.A. uses the Stripe platform (https://stripe.com/it) for online payments. Your payment information is encrypted from the moment it is entered into the system until the transaction is processed, and is not stored on a public server. Even though Stripe is one of the most reliable systems for information and online payment security, Re S.p.A. will not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of electronic communication methods, including, among other things, damage resulting from non-delivery or delayed delivery of electronic communications, the interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications, or the transmission of viruses.
Since 1 January 2021, all online payments may be subject to authentication requests from the 3-D Secure facilities of individual credit card companies (Verified By VISA, MasterCard SecureCode, American Express SafeKey). This extra step involves special encryption, which provides additional security for online credit card transactions.
PAYMENT ISSUES
If you find errors in your online payment, there are a few quick steps you can take to try to resolve this issue:
- Check the available balance on your card.
- Check with your bank or payment provider. Payment providers may sometimes refuse transactions. Contact them to check why the payment was not successful.
These may seem trivial steps, but they usually resolve the issue.

INVOICE
For non-EU and EU customers
Enter your email address to receive a copy of the invoice for your order on ReShop.
If you do not receive the invoice or experience difficulties downloading it, contact our support team.
Customers in Italy
If you require an e-invoice, complete the VAT field and either the SDI code or PEC email field in the “Invoicing data” section on the order page.
The invoice will be issued within 15 days of the order and you will find it in your online Tax Box (“cassetto fiscale”).
If you do not receive the invoice or experience difficulties downloading it, contact our support team.
Deliveries
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery and handling costs are paid by the Customer.
Delivery charges will be based on the country of destination and the total weight of the order.
To check delivery charges, select the delivery information and country of destination after adding your selected products to the trolley.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on the courier service and the country of destination.
We’ll send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched, including a link to track it online. You also have the option of receiving real-time sms notifications of the position and status of your delivery.
Delivery within the EU takes 24h to 48h on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
There may be some delays during busy periods for couriers, like Christmas and other holidays. ReShop will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays in delivery.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours at the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary.
ReShop cannot be held liable for errors in delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User in the purchase order, or for any loss or damage caused to the Products after handover to the carrier or for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier.
If ReShop anticipates that it will not be possible to comply with the stated delivery terms, we will notify the customer of the new delivery terms for the item. The customer must then reconfirm the order within three business days of being notified.
Our customer service team will not be able to speed up a delivery or provide any additional information other than as previously provided.
WHERE WE DELIVER
Re S.p.A. currently delivers to countries within the EU and works with DHL to provide an efficient service.
Goods can also be collected free of charge from our premises at

from Monday to Friday at these times: 9.00 am to 12.30 and 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm; Friday 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Closed during public and company holidays.
THE PARCEL ARRIVED DAMAGED
The Customer is required to check the goods on delivery and to report any damage to Re S.p.A. by email within five business days.
If no notification is received within that time limit, the goods will be considered to have been accepted by the Customer.
If the parcel arrives damaged, it is our hope the items inside are intact, complete and in working order. However, the customer has the right to refuse delivery and should notify Re S.p.A. if this happens.
The User should immediately contest any damage to packaging and/or products, stating in writing the reasons for their reservations when signing the courier’s delivery note. After signing this document, the User no longer has the right to contest the condition of the parcel delivered. Delivery costs and methods are detailed on the Delivery page.
We cannot provide replacements due to damaged packaging.
Returns
Purchases made on ReShop are subject to the provisions set out in Italian Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, Legislative Decree 21/2014 – transposing Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament on consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal. If buying products or services, Users (only consumers; not retailers) have 14 days in which they have the right to withdraw from the agreement without stating a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the User, or a third party designated by the User other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Users must expressly inform ReShop of their decision to withdraw from the agreement in an email stating the order number and date, the products for which they are exercising their right of withdrawal and the bank details for the refund.
No returns will be accepted without prior notification to and the written agreement of Re S.p.A.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or alter rapidly, to products that are not delivered because the User is not at the place of delivery and to products that have altered or deteriorated at the time of delivery because of delay caused by the User.
Please note that:
- All delivery costs for returning goods must be met by the Customer.
- The Customer alone is liable for the costs and risks related to returning items.
- Any import duties on returned goods will be deducted from the refund.
- Returned goods must be delivered within 14 days of the date on which the User notified their withdrawal from this agreement, otherwise the right of withdrawal will be forfeited.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received and in their original packaging. Items will be inspected on their return. If they are found not to be resalable, no refund will be made and they will not be returned.
Generally, any circumstances not expressly referred to in these terms and conditions will be subject to the statutory provisions on distance contracts.
Any disputes will be subject to Italian law.
How to return an item
- Send us an email informing us of your decision to return the goods.
- Include all documentation received with the delivery. Non-EU customers must include the delivery note and invoice in a plastic pocket affixed to the outside of their parcel.
- Make sure all items are enclosed in their original packaging.
- Remove all previous labels from the return parcel.
- Take your parcel to the nearest post office. The delivery address for returns is:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We’re sorry your item arrived damaged or defective. Email us with more information about the damaged item, including photos and/or videos, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
I RECEIVED AN ITEM I DIDN’T ORDER
We’re sorry for sending you something you didn’t order. Contact our customer service team, who will be happy to help you arrange its return and resolve the issue.
THE PRODUCT DOESN’T MATCH THE DESCRIPTION
We’re sorry the item you received doesn’t match the description. Contact our customer service team with more details, including photos and/or videos. They’ll help you resolve the issue.
Refunds
If you are not happy with the goods you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them and obtain a full refund for the returned items. The refund will be made using the same method as the payment.
Refunds can take 10–15 business days to process from when the goods arrive at our returns centre.
Please note that debit/credit card refunds usually take 3–5 days to process.
Refunds after returns
If you return one or more items, the value of the goods will be refunded to the credit card you used to pay for them.
Refunds after cancellations
If you cancel an order, any amounts already charged to you will be refunded immediately. Please note that debit/credit card refunds usually take 3–5 days to process.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The photos, texts, descriptions, symbols and all other content on the website are the property of Re S.p.A., owner of ReShop website. Any reproduction of all or parts of this website is prohibited. Any reproduction of texts or photos for any use whatsoever and in any form whatsoever without prior written authorisation is also prohibited.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT Users are responsible for their own content and for the content of third parties that they share on ReShop and indemnifies the website owner against any liability that might arise from the unlawful publication of third-party content. ReShop does not moderate in any way the content published by Users or third parties, but will intervene in the event of reports of offensive or unlawful content or if required to do so by public authorities. The only rights of the website owner over the content generated by Users are related to the running and maintenance of the website.
LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
The website may contain links to external websites owned by third-parties over which ReShop has no control and therefore assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, nature, quality or completeness of the information contained on those sites.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These terms and conditions and all disputes relating to the performance, interpretation and validity of this agreement are governed by Italian law.. The parties undertake to submit any disputes, within the limits of applicable legislation, to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, and exclusively to the law court of Milan.
